At Onscreen Impact, we pride ourselves on our ability to give each and every one of our customers the friendly and personal service that they deserve. This resource page has answers to some of the most common questions visitors to our site may have. Purchase Policy and Methods of Payment

There’s nothing strange about our shopping cart system. If you’ve ever used a shopping cart on a website, you already know how to use ours.  In case you haven’t, here’s how it works:  To purchase graphics online, simply click the “Add to Cart” button on the page of the graphics you want.  This will take you to your shopping cart page where you can either check out or continue shopping.  Putting things in your cart does not obligate you to purchase them.  You are not required to pay until checkout.

Our phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Central time). When you call our toll-free number, 1-888-225-8054, our assistants will answer any questions you may have and take your order.

If you fax, e-mail or mail your order, one of our representatives will contact you by phone to confirm the details and veracity of the order.

Payment in full is required on all orders.

We accept the following methods of payment:

Church checks, cashier's checks and money orders must be made payable to Fowler Productions, Inc.
Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
COD certified
Wire transfer - The preferred method of payment for international customers

Methods of Shipment

All in-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours via UPS, USPS, Federal Express or Airborne. If a product is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as it is received from our supplier. Some items may be drop shipped directly to you from the factory. In all cases, shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

All UPS, Airborne and FedEx orders are shipped "signature required" for your protection. Someone must be available to receive and sign for your package. All items too large for UPS (such as screens) are shipped by truck motor freight.

Quickship

Many of our customers find themselves in a real hurry to receive their new equipment. We pride ourselves in shipping the vast majority of orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Most orders received by 3:00pm Central time ship out the same day. If you really need the product tomorrow, let us know and we will do our best to serve you.

International Orders

We don’t ship software outside of North America.  Our international customers are welcome to order online for download.  Contact us if you have any questions!

Downloads

Once your payment for a download is confirmed, the graphics you’ve downloaded should come up in the same window as the order confirmation page.  As a backup, you will also get an e-mail with a link.  If you have any problems getting the graphics from a download, call 1-888-225-8054. 

Damaged or Lost Merchandise

Any damage or shortages must be noted on the shipper's bill of lading and reported to FOWLER and the carrier within five working days. Merchandise damaged in shipment must remain in the original packaging container for inspection by the carrier. We will endeavor to replace lost or damaged products as quickly as possible.
