Redownload Your Purchase
- Click Login and provide your email and password
- Click on My Account
- Click on View the orders I have made. under My Orders
- Click the view button next to the order
- Under Download links you can click on the download you purchased.
Corrupt or Incomplete File
This can result from an incomplete download. When you receive your invoice an approx file size should indicate how large your download is. This helps indicates if your file did not finish downloading. Often redownloading the file will fix the problem.
Make sure you have the latest software for opening .zip files. Winzip and Winrar are both excellent sharewares. You can find these at www.downloads.com (note: OnscreenIMPACT is not associated with downloads.com, winzip, or winrar. We provide this information for your convenience).
I Cannot Access My Disk(s)
mpeg, mpeg2, avi and all files on DVDs will require a DVD-ROM drive to be accessible. CDs can be played in both CD-ROM and DVD-ROM drives. Onscreen displays the format type underneath the collections name.
